Can Grandparents bring their grandchildren?
Absolutely! It’s a great way to get know your grand-kids better! For pricing, we would consider the grandparents as “parents”! Also, many families want to bring their grandparents along! There are different pricing options, please call (479) 677-3136 for more info!

Can I host a birthday party, family reunion, etc. at the Fort?

Fort Rock Performs It’s First Wedding!

Congratulations to Russell “Shane” and Stardust Gorsch on renewing their wedding vows here at the camp! This was our first wedding ceremony! It was very sweet and was pulled off without a hitch (no pun intended)! Mrs. Gorsch contacted us before registering for the Family Camp in June, and asked if we’d arrange a small ceremony for her. They wanted to start fresh in their marriage and family, and figured a renewal of their vows would be the best way to begin! All of the other campers attended and were so helpful, many of the Moms really got into decorating, taking pictures, and organizing everything on the spur of the moment! Could more weddings be in the future for Fort Rock? You can bet your boots on it!

We’ll usually begin scheduling camps towards the middle of November…but be sure and check our calendar for dates!

Will you schedule a Marriage Retreat in the fall?
We are currently working on organizing one. We’ll be sure and send out a notification about it!

Recently our staff had the opportunity to play Outdoor Laser Tag! We had such an amazing time, we’ve decided to host a special Father/Son Retreat! The laser tag company, Modern Mission, has agreed to bring their equipment and staff, for this realistic combat experience! We’ll also enjoy many other activities. Our friends, Jim Bob Duggar and his sons, of TLC’s “19 Kid’s and Counting” will be our special guest! This retreat is scheduled for Tuesday, December 6th through Wednesday, December 7th! Space is limited. Price includes all activities, meals, and lodging! Be sure and pack your camo gear! REGISTER TODAY!!!

Howdy!
Many of you have been asking for our 2012 Calendar of events, we just posted it! Start planing your family’s vacation now! We’ve already begun making some great changes around the Fort, creating new games, and adding more activities! We’ve also added plenty of camps, more than this past year, so you and your family will have lot’s of options! You can click here to view our calendar !

Speaking of updates and changes, if the LORD wills, we’re expecting a huge one in November! We are pleased to announce, Fort Rock Family Camp will began construction on an approximately 4 acre Lake!!! We are so excited about this new addition to our activities! The lake will be situated in front and to the right of the camp! So when you ride our zip-line you’ll fly right over it! We’re anticipating moving 26,000 yards of dirt, creating a dam and rerouting our road to ride on top of it! To see pics, and follow our progress, just check us out on Facebook!

Also, due to some changes in scheduling, we’ve decided the November 11-13 Family Camp will be the last one for the season! We’ll reopen in March with a Marriage Retreat.
